What we collect
The call-back form asks for your name, your phone number, your child’s age, which class you prefer, and anything you choose to write in the note. Your child’s first name is optional. The form also records which link brought you to the page, as a plain word such as main or dm. The form does not ask for your email address.
When you send the form, the site passes your request straight on as a message to the club’s private Telegram chat, so that Coach Pasha can call you back. The site itself keeps no copy: it has no database, and it does not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
To arrange your free trial class: to call you back, to confirm which class suits your child’s age, to tell you the day, and to reach you if anything changes.
Who sees it
The club. Your request arrives as a message in the club’s own Telegram chat and is read by the coaching staff. Telegram carries and stores that message as part of its service. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, taps on the club’s phone number and call-back requests, so that we can tell which of our advertising brings families to the club. Google sets cookies in your browser for this and receives details such as the pages you open and the kind of device you use. We do not send Google your name, your phone number or anything else you type in the form.

You can turn Google Analytics off in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and an ad blocker that blocks Google Analytics stops it too. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
The club keeps your request for twelve months after your trial class, unless you join the club, in which case your contact details become part of your membership record.
How to ask us to delete it
Email [email protected] or call (408) 592-1244 and ask. We delete your request and confirm that we have.
